Adendum to the Three Cheese Queso

Okay, so when I first posted the 3 Cheese Queso recipe, I thought I remembered exactly how I made it. Until I tried it again last night. I had to make some major changes, so I'm going to go back and edit the recipe, in case you are interested. Also, please keep in mind that I hardly stick to a recipe exactly, so I'm sort of expecting that you will taste as you go and add what you need to make it good!
